- U. S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit;
- U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania;

- U. S. Court of Military Appeals.
He is a member of the Corporate, Securities and banking Committee of the District of Columbia Bar, National Bar Association, and former Vice Chair of the Savings Institutions Law Committee of the Federal Bar association.
